    FUJIAN YOULANFA GROUP CO.,LTD was founded in 1991 now becoming the biggest copying paper and tissue paper production base in the world. The headquarters located in Xibin Farm Industry Area, Jinjiang city, Fujian province with own science and technology park. The group commands QUANZHOU HUAXIANG PAPER CO.,LTD. ,JINJIANG YOULANFA PAPER CO.,LTD. FUJIAN and FUJIAN XIYUAN PAPER CO.,LTD.. It covers an area of 630,000 square meters with more than 1338 workers and staff. The production output in 2007 has reached the peak of 230,000 tons and the number will claim to 600,000 tons in 2010 according to the development plan.
