The Med-E-Lert has 28 compartments that can hold up to 18 aspirin size pills and the compartments are 20% larger than other automatic pill dispensers. The Med-E-Lert is tamper proof having a lock with a key. The Med-E-Lert alarm has a loud sound and a blinking light. There is a low battery alert and batteries are included.
