Introduce:: Gurcelik has been specialized in the production of professional kitchen equipment for over 20 years. Its reputable brand KAPP, designed to combine heavy duty with conspicious presence has already been the symbol of quality both in the domestic and overseas markets. Gurcelik is the one and only factory in this field, which is capable of producing Induction ready pots from 16 cm to 60 cm diameters with the impact bonding method.18/10 quality stainless steel is used as material. To prevent the risk of bottom fall, three layer bases of each pot is compressed with the impact method at a pressure of 2000 tons. Molecularly bound base and body of the pot has significant advantage compared to other production methods, resulting with a faster heat transfer. Fast heat transfer saves time for the cooks and also saves money for the entrepreneurs.
