    Flash Forge was established in 1991 in Visakhapatnam. Its promoters include technocrats with a cumulative industry experience of 88 years
    Today we are recognized as a leading manufacturer of hard-to-fittings made from a non-standard materials as per ASTM, GOST, DIN, JIS and specific customer requirements. Our products are used for severe service conditions in industries such as defence, aerospace, power, oil and gas, shipbuilding, petrochemicals and process plants.
    Our in-house tooling design and manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce non-standard fittings whose dimensions might not conform to international standards and may require special processes, testing etc.
    We can carry out special tests such as micro- and macro-structure analysis, corrosion testing such as IGC, SSSC, HIC and pressure testing such as hydro-cyclic loading and burst testing. All our fittings are design proof tested as per international standards
    An ISO 9001:2000 certified company since 1998, we manufacture fittings under international third party agencies such as Lloyd's ABS, TUV, Bureau Veritas and DNV.

    Our internal quality assurance procedures entail raw material reviews with traceability. Forgings are tested for grain orientation, soundness and physical characteristics through macrostructural examination, macroetching, ultrasonic tests, tensile and hardness tests, radiography and positive material examination.
    Welded assemblies involve weldability documentation as per ASME, in process assembly dimension control and post-weld radiography evaluation.
    Our products undergo hydrostatic testing, cyclic loading testing, high pressure pneumatic testing, burst testing and helium leak detection.
