- RPE "Donbassnerudprom" LLC is kaolin procuring company that grinds and homogenizes it in order to provide customers wth high quality raw materials.
Kaolin is a complex material in ceramic masses production for all types of porcelain and faience, and also for cement, and refractory production.Nowadays it is widely used on the factories of Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Greece, Italy and Turkey.
Operation mode of enterprise is year around and continuous. The annual projected volume of extractions of raw kaolin is 300 thousands tons. An extraction is carried out by pit-run method with applying of the modern mining equipment.The selective excavation and dump formation is conducted under the condition of good weather that allows to ship the goods with minimum humidity in winter period.
Kaolin is applied by consumers without changes of existing production technologies, contributes the whiteness of output products increasing, improves color contrasts of ready products and decreases prime cost. Proposed products advantageously differ from existed alalogues by its high whiteness up to 90 %, low content of deleterious ingredients (ferro, titan, calcium, chlorine, etc), high casting properties and thin-dispersity.
