Introduce:: We introduce ourselves as one of the leading microfine mineral powder producer. Our associates have developed a unique grinding mill for ultra fine mineral powder. It is the result of continuous R& D for last 30 years. We successfully made this mill. The mill capacity of 20 micron product is 1. 5 ton per hour; where d-50 is 4. 6 micron and d-90 is 13. 29 micron.
Till now 1200 ton material has been produced and supplied to customers which they are using for plastic master batch mineral filled. Our capacity is 200 tones per month on single shift basis. Please find enclosed herewith our calcium carbonate (2 varieties) , talc and dolomite samples for your examination to use in your product of master batch.
Further we want to inform you that, we are in the process of producing more fine mineral powder like 3 micron, 5 micron, 8 micron, 10 micron top cut.
