    Introduce:
    We are a manufacturer and trading company. We produce DM-A.
    DM-A is a gold and silver antitarnishing agent which was developed to improve corrosion resistance of gold-plated products by sealing pin holes completely. DM-A prevents nitric and hydrochloric gases which are harmful to the gold-plated layer from penetrating into the gold-plated layer through pin holes. Thus, it blocks out corrosion caused by those gases from the beginning.

    DM-A doesn't contain any heavy material such as cadmium(Cd), chrome(Cr), lead(Pb), hydrargyrum(Hg), etc. Furthermore, It doesn't influence soldering at all and cause any eletric resistance problems after processing.

    Process
    pretreatment-> copper or nickel plating ->gold plating ->washing->DM-A
    sealing -> washing -> drying

    How to apply DM-A
    DM-A : 100~200 cc/l
    Temp. : 65~75 degree Celcius (standard temp. 70degree Celcius)
    Temperature characteristic is very important. Please take notice that when the gold-plated products stay longer than 1 hour over 80 degree Celcius, it can cause bad influence on the performance of final products. Meanwhile, corrosion resistance can slightly drop when temperature is under 65 degree Celcius.

    Dipping time : 10seconds ~ less than 5minutes (Long dipping time bets better effect.)
    Lifetime : With 1 liter of DM-A, it's possible to seal about over 4000dm-2
    Available to use by adding DM-A continuously
    When foreign substance is created while using the solution with added DM-A, it should be completely replaced with new DM-A.
