    INTRODUCTION
    We, Prabhat Castings, are proud to introduce, ourselves as one of the leading manufacturer of C. I. Graded Castings. The promoters have a rich experience in the field of Graded C. I. Castings. The Promoters are backed up with a professional managed team, who too are sourced from Long experience in foundry technology. We have a Induction Melting Furnace, with One ton pouring capacity and can Cast any component as per your Drawings, Patterns and Technical Specifications.
    Our moulding process employs any of the following systems.
    ( 1) Oil Sand
    ( 2) Green Sand
    ( 3) Co2 Process
    ( 4) No bake
    ( 5) Shell Sand.
    Moulding is usually done on Pneumatic Moulding Machine, or by Hand Moulding using any one of the above process.
    For cleaning and fetling of components we get it done on Shot
    Blasting Machine and Pneumatic Grinding. For production of castings we adhere to stringent quality process and practice, we produce castings with weights ranging from 500 grams to 1200 kgs in single piece. A trial order on us will convince you of
    Quality and capability. We adhere to strict delivery procedures with this rich Background.
    We have a well equipped laboratory for chemical analysis and composition
    Determination by qualitative and quantitative. We have facilities for testing permeability of sand and mould hardness. Our finished components / sample pieces are tested for physical strength such as tensile strength on UTM and hardness on hardness testing machines.
