Introduce:: Cematek designs and produces hydraulic press brakes, corner bead production lines, production lines for gypsumboard(plasterboard)profile.Hydraulic press brakes at 30 t capacity, 1260mm bending length are widely used in whitegoods industry, metal, automotive, fire extinquishing equipment manufacture, electric switchboard, industrial cooling and kitchen manufacture.
Corner bead production lines at a speed of 24 meter/minute (expanded metal corner bead) and 36meter/minute (angle bead) outputs conforming to EN 13658 standards.The line outputs different model of corner beads and depth gauge profiles with up to 70mm coil width.
Production line for gypsumboard (plasterboard) profile at a speed of 50 meter/minute produces UD30,CD60 profiles for ceiling and UW50,UW75,UW100,CW50,CD75,CD100 profiles for walls.The profiles conforms to EN14195 standards.We export production lines and machinery to 16 countries ;mainly Europe and Middle East.
The machinery designed and manufactured by cematek are CE certified by notified body SGS ltd. / England.
