Introduce:: The company act as a marketing company for manufacturers (the supplier), mainly overseas. Its income is derived from commission on the sales it negotiates. The Company receives orders from customers, records them and passes them on the supplier. It then monitors the progress of the orders keeping the customer informed, and at the appropriate time invoices the supplier for commission due. The company also acts on behalf of the supplier as required when a product is unsatisfactory.
