To produce banana for exportation directed to world markets with the quality demands required. Training people and promoting the technological development of our haciendas, guaranteeing with these the competitiveness of our banana in the international markets by the continuous improvement process and motivation of the working force to obtain the highest productivity, without neglecting the community development and the conservation of the environment.

Vision.
To become an effective model of the banana production and to generate a work force with a tendency of incrementing the size of the production unities, as well as, to identify new market niches, which will allow to secure the commercialization of our production to the exterior at mid term.
