Introduce:: Greenlight Biofuels is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenlight Energy Resources, a diversified renewable energy business with divisions in four targeted renewable energy sectors: biodiesel, wind, solar and wave. Greenlight Biofuels was formed in early 2007 following successful sale of wind power projects to BP in August 2006 for more than $100 million.
