    since 2005, 130 countries have signed the Kyoto Protocaol in order to promote bio-diesel market development all over the world, also for the neighboring equatorial country brings new energy opportunity. The five mentioned business strategy vertically integrated upstream, midstream and downstream industries in order to protect the investment and reduce operating risks.
