Tranzen Group own and operate Montalban Methane Power Corp (MPPC) a 8. 19 megawatt methane plant, the first in the country. MPPC is a joint venture between Tranzen Group Inc. with sixty (60) percent equity and Carbon Assets Fund of Cayman Island, a majority owned company of United Kingdom based Carbon Capital Markets with forty (40) percent shareholding. This plant serves 20, 000 metropolitan households with clean and green energy.
The company has lined up major projects in renewable energy generation, This includes the Agus 3 Hydroelectric Power Plant in Lanao Del Sur and Lanao Del Norte, The Bulanog-Batang Hydroelectric Power Plant in Bukidnon and other renewable projects in the pipeline.
Tranzen Group is also into transport and property development; The MRT 7-S. M. Line, this 20 kilometer line starts from SM City in EDSA to San Jose Del Monte in Bulacan. A Highway will connect from San Jose Del Monte to the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) at Marilao for a total of 40 kilometers. MRT 7 and the 500 hectare residential area will be built under a build-transfer-operate-maintain arrangement with the government. This project aims to create opportunities and optimize transportation access to the Greater Manila Area (GMA) .
Tranzen Group in joint venture with Singapore listed Banyan Tree Holdings Limited will develop an integrated island resort in Isla Diwaran in Palawan. This development will house 600 rooms, spa's, marina and a town with full facilities and is targeted to open in 2012. The sprawling 55 hectares development is surrounded by stretches of white sand beaches in an area known for its coral reefs and diverse marine life, as well as some of the world's known dive sites.
In Mining, Tranzen Group in partnership with F. S. Borja Mining and Trading Corporation and Adnama Mineral Resources Inc. will develop the world class Dinapique Nickel Mine in Isabela, Cagayan Valley. The Dinapique mine has a geological reserve of ________________ and a confirmed mineable reserve of __________________ with an average Nickel grade of___________% .
