    THE VISSION
    The Visionary leaders of TAK Tractors Limited assessed the Agricultural scene in Nigeria as compared to the international standards; accordingly Nigeria was a primary agriculture-based country before the advent of the oil boom which has crippled the investment and output of agricultural benefits sought in the past. This area has taken a back seat so far in proper mechanization of farm impute to measure up with good crop output and industrial raw material provision. Tractors and Implements utilization was at its almost zero level due to lack of proper back-up and accessibility to mechanical impute. Statistically, Nigeria's tractor density is put at 0.03 horse power per hectare compared with FAO recommended tractor density of 1.5 hp/ hectare.
    In the global sector, tractor utilisation stands at 93 tractors per 1000 hectare of land. In our leaders opinion, unless farm mechanizations is given due importance, we cannot think of a complete revolution. Advance Tractor technology and superior farm implements are the only way through which we can increase our agricultural production. By this we can ensure a bright future for our country.
