    We have been in business for 6 years. We offer full embroidery services to the contract and direct markets of corporate identity apparel.

    We are a family owned business with 5 family members managing different aspects of our business. This provides you peace of mind that your job has the attention to detail and quality it deserves.

    Professionalism is our goal. We proactively look for cutting edge methods to provide your company or customers with excellent embroidery and screenprint. Our digitizer has been involved in focus groups that help our industries leading digitizing software company, (Pulse) develope improvements for their software. We have written a database that is directly suited for the embroidery industry that allows us to track each stage of your order. Making sure all the needed information is available to complete your order accurately and on time. We provide customer interaction with reports that are generated and faxed or emailed to you at different stages of the process so you are informed of where your job is in the process.

    Contract Services
    We will accept drop shipped goods from your vendors and ship them directly to your customer using blind shipping methods. Your customer will believe all work was completed by your own shop. We never harm your relationship with your client and will not solicit them.

    Capabilities
    We have three Tajima embroidery machines. All were purchased brand new for our business. The first is a 12 head nine needle, the second an 18 head 12 needle, and the third is a single head 15 needle. All machines are in like new condition with tight pantograph action at speeds of 800 stitches per minute. This allows fast production with quality registration for your logo or graphic. We are able to turn as much as 20,000pcs a week with a stitch count under 1000. Or for a more average design 5000 pcs/wk for 6000 stitch count design.

    We currently are running a single shift operation but will expand up to 3 shifts if the work load demands it. We have extra help on call to allow for quick reaction to any sizable order.

    Screenprint
    We offer screenprint services and have a 14 station 12 color automatic that will allow upto 50,000pcs per week. Inhouse artist to set up your existing or new artwork.
