Introduce:: In Dairy industries, the bottles used to be filled to the brim which resulted in spilling of the milk while transferring from Filler to Capper. These caused loss of milk and create unhygienic work conditions. The original supplier of the machines asked big sum to incorporate the necessary changes. Where as we designed the machines with milk filling lower than the 5 mm brim at no additional cost.

The imported Bottle Washer for Dairy industry had given pneumatically operated loading mechanism with two cylinders. During the machine operation these cylinders were not operating in synchronization, causing bottles jamming in the pockets and stalling the machines. All the 28 bottles in the row had to be broken to restart the machine. We developed the purely mechanical system in place of pneumatic cylinders, which worked trouble free in their machines. Observing the improvement in our machines, the Dairy modified their imported Washers to our design.

Our customers used to import the pocket carriers from Italy. This increased the cost of machine. We designed, developed and manufactured special assembly and welding fixture for packet carrier of Bottle washers. Eventually OEM auditors accepted the pocket carriers produced by us on their fixture.
