In 2004 three friends in their early 30s decided to start a business and founded Ethnic Co., Ltd. Their plan was to find unique and exotic ethnic accessories. They launched a series of products that were made to accommodate modern people's spiritual and material needs due to the ever-changing social phenomenon.
Their concept is to fulfill the human desire to love and to be loved, relieve tension and stress, satisfy the need to care and to be cared, and raise one self's awareness and potentials from within. Each design is differentiated from others. Every doll has a particular meaning and tells a story of its own.
They analyzed the everyday people's needs and wants and created an innovative marketing method "psychiatric profiling". With intriguing stories as a marketing tool, our customers not only take home their own Voodoo doll but dreams and hopes that come with it.
