Facts Management Company was founded during the 1986-87 school year by David Byrnes and Stan Phillips to offer a tuition management service to private and faith-based schools. In 2005, FACTS became part of the Nelnet group of companies . The company started with 1 school and 30 families. We now serve over 3, 500 schools, colleges and universities, more than 650, 000 families, and manage over $1 billion in tuition funds each year. Our tuition management system makes use of the latest in electronic funds processing through banks, credit cards, and a well-administered invoice service to collect tuition payments for our clients. We also provide a financial needs assessment service for elementary and secondary schools.
    Our program is supported by a team of committed, service-oriented professionals that retain nearly 99% of our schools from year to year. We work hard to provide the institutions we serve with the latest in technological developments to meet their needs. We feel that in many ways, tuition management is information management so we work to provide a superior tuition management program, an easy-to-use grant and aid assessment service, and reliable detailed information about those services.
