    Our company FTM Packaging is the manufacturer of sterilization packaging for the medical industry located in Gaziantep / TURKEY.
    We hold EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance System and EN ISO 868-5 product certification according to EN ISO 11607-1. The products are also certified for CE mark compliance under EN ISO 13485:2003.All our production process is done under semi clean-room and Class 100.000 Clean-Room conditions. The whole product range is suitable for ETO and Steam sterilization with color changing indicators according to each sterilization system. The product range consists of flat sterilization reels, gusseted reels, flat and self adhesive pouches produced with European medical grade paper or Tyvek paper.     PRODUCT TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
    1. All imprints are located outside the packing area to prevent ink pigment migration to the product
    2. Transparent, multilayer co-polymer film allows easy identification.
    3. Reinforced film to avoid tear during opening.
    4. Superior barrier with 60 gsm or 70 gsm medical kraft paper or Tyvek.
    5. Triple band 11mm seal creates three independent barriers to contamination, while reducing the risk of fiber tear,
    6. Can be easily sealed with all sealing machines.
    7. Non-toxic accurate, process indicators for steam and EO gas conforming to the EN 11140-1.
    8. Strong seal-strength, visible sealing lines
    9. Clean fibre-free opening
    10. All materials comply with international standards.
