    I have a lot of experience in sourcing of knitted ready goods and Home textiles, I am a B.Tech - Textile Technology Graduate and worked in various positions in the buying offices and Facotries in Merechandising and Quality areas and I have started my own sourcing firm M/s Monsoon Apparel Sourcing Services.
    We are having a team of,

    -Fashion designers -
    New styles/Print developments, Pattern making, Print and Emb. development, Fabirc development, Accessories development etc
    -Merchandisiers
    having good commnication with customers, meet the buyer requirments on time with effective sample/order follow up procedures, follows the Critical Path(Time and Action plan) on daliy basis with the factories and push the factories to meet the order/sample deliveries on time.
    - Quality Technicians
    He is responsible for the approvals of fitting, colors, prints/emb., packing to meet the buyer requirments and solving the problems which arising during the bulk production
    -Quality auditiors
    Conducts Fabric inspection - Four Point System
    Analyse Fabric testing reports
    Inline and Final Random inspection - AQL Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0 levels
    co-ordinate with vendors quality managers and QC

    -Documentation incharge
    Responsible for all the documents related matters and follow up the every shipment from transpotation of the goods from vendors factory to the ware house of the customer.
