    Mother-of-pearl, which has been known for centuries has formed according to the technique of time and art intelligence of nations. In 15th century, mother-of-pearl served for turkish art and has contiued its development with endless geometrical linings since then later on rumi was used, which enables different compositions in curls, branches and with gap or helping joints, cutting each other, and with knots. The flower patterns taken form nature(tulipcolve, rose) had been started to use.

    The first man who opened th first mother-of pearl workshop in an expert called muzaffer demir and he is alive. An english tourist who came to gaziantep in 1963, showed an old rifle, that he bought from the surrounding villages, to muzaffer demir he met by chance. This man tries to imitate the rifle when he sees the mother-of-pearl embossing on the handle of Istanbul. As a result muzaffer demir opened the first mother-of pearl workshop and develop embossing art. Now approximatelly 150 people works in company. We can make everthing about mother-of pearl embossing.
