    The new collection carpet industry was industrialised in the early 19th century and the company who did it was none other than bismillah exports. At its peak we have a work force of more than 24, 00 skilled weavers and 6, 00 active looms.
    A business is only as good as the people who work for it. This being a family business, it has been passed over from one generation to another. We are indebted to haji Gulam Kadir for the insight and the hard work he put in, to put kashmir on the international arena. Furthermore, we want to take this opportunity to thank the following:
    Haji gulam mohiuddin: Haji mohiuddin has been a pioneer in creating various famous designs and has been accredited as a trendsetter in creating color combination. Due to his hard work we received a brand image in the international arena. Thus achieving an incredible amount of satisfaction for a manufacturering company.
    Mrs. Sabeena wani mrs. Sabeena has been our marketing major and our publicity chief. His vision helped us to identify various markets for our products. He used his precious time, globe trotting to meet our valued clients and at the same time provide valuable feedback from them.
    Mr. Jamshid wani: Mr. Jamshid is accredited as our retail visionary. It was mr. Jamshid vision that helped us identify various markets in India and Thailand where we could open our retail outlets. For both, the tourist market and the local market. He worked day and night traveling from one city to another to monitor and expand our retail operations. Her hard work gave tremendous boost to our retail luxury store brand in India.
    Mr. Shahfaisal wani: Mr. Faisal has been our production captain. Our industry being cottage the time factor for production is very important for us to compete in the international markets.
