Foshan Nanhai Jiawei Metal Product Co., Ltd. lies in the Pearl River delta-Hegui Industry Park of Foshan City. The position is only 20 minutes drives away from Guangzhou International Airport, with very convenient transportations.



Our company is growing larger and larger. Our new factory was built up in 2003, covering an area of 21,800 square meters. The new factory has 9,500 square meters workshop, 780 square meters office building and 2,780 square meters dormitories.



Our company mainly produces and sells aluminum die casting, lighting accessories, plastic products and die casting moulds.The products not only meet the domestic clients need, but also exports worldwide,such as America,United kingdom ,Italy,Germany,,Finland,Canada,Japan,Philippines and so on.



Chief producing equipments includes:

1) Mould workshop: There are wire cutting machines, spark cutters, surface grinders, universal grinders, vertical boring machines,milling machines,CNC machines and sawing machines. There are totally twenty machines.



2) Die-casting workshop: There are 135T Toshiba die casting machines,150T Toshiba die casting machines, 230T Huada die casting machines, 250T Toshiba die casting machines, 320T Toshiba die casting machines, 400T Baohong die casting machines, 400T Lijin die casting machines, 500T Lijin die casting machines, and 630T Lijin die casting machines, totally twenty machines.



3) Machining workshop: There are CNC precision machining, drilling machines, tapping machines,precision lathes and polishing machines. Totally there are eighty machines.



4)Testing center:There are German SPECTRO MAXx brand of linear spectrometer,VMS-1510F video measuring systerm and Japan KETT Thickness gauge of coating and plating and other testing machines.
