Introduce:

Our company is a metal filter producing manufacturer and established in Tochigi Prefecture in 1991 but we have more than 50 years experiences on this field since the predecessor of Vantech was established in 1957.

Filtering is to purify things such as air, liquid, oil, sound and even light, anything which flaws. The purpose of filtering is not only to keep the good condition of the machineries but also to last longer their lifetime.

We have factories also in China and Thailand besides two domestic Japanese factories. Our customers are mostly big car makers and home electrical device makers in Japan. We were a typical Japanese supplier but not anymore.

Our business is global. We export our products to Europe, USA and Asia.

Our strongest point of business is to be capable of supplying products of any types. We also accept orders from quite a few quantity to high-volume orders running to hundreds of thousands of units. We have two other factories in Asia so that we can provide customers the products in high-volume with low cost.

Our products are of course strictly under the control of ISO9001:2008 QC system. In addition, we have set up an independent professional QC team.

Our procedure of manufacturing is as below.

1st. Discussion with the client on the specification of filters

2nd. Planning & Sampling

3rd. Produce the mold for assembly & Plan the production schedule

4th. Manufacturing

5th. Quality Inspection (mostly in Japan)

6th. Deliver to your place

Our factories are not so big but we are flexible.
