Haoxiang Branch has advanced production lines of pickling, cold rolling, bright annealing and tinning, and 11 welded tube production lines. With the annual output of more than 100000 tons, ratio-frequency welded tubes and gymnasium equipment tubes are the main products of our welded tube mill, which has the capacity to produce ERW steel tubes and accurate steel welding tubes (round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, oval tubes, semi-oval tubes, flat oval tubes and special tubes custom designed) at the dimensions of 20.5-114mm (diameter) * 0.8-3.5mm (thickness) with stable quality. All of the steel tube products have passed ISO9001:2000 QMSC and RoHS certificates.



Designed by Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Baosteel Group Suzhou Metallurgical Machinery Plant, the cold rolled steel sheet mill of Haoxiang has two MSB-6C-1050mm 6-roller reversible cold mills, one MSB-6C-1150mm 6-roller reversible cold mill, 1150mm levelers, one 1050mm tension leveler & side trimmer combination machine, one 1880mm material shearer, one 1250mm push-pull continuous pickling line, one 1100mm defatting machine, one 1000mm slitter & recoil combination machine, one dual-tension leveler machine, one M1380, one M1350 grinding machine, one MK84125 numerical control roller grinding machine, one laser texturing machine and 44 bell annealing furnaces.
