MESAN METAL was founded in Istanbul, Turkey in 1988. Nowadays, it is a leading Aluminium Extrusion Company not only of his sectoral experience of more than 20 years but also its quality and reliability in production. The integrated plant is covering an area of 17.000 m2 is equipped with latest technologies and it is improving with new investmets.

Extrusion Lines, equipped with 1880, 1200 tonnes presses, has an annual production capacity of 11000 tonnes. All stages of production are monitored by the quality control staff, and the geometrical dimensions of the profiles and the hardness of the products are kept under control.

At Coating Section, equipped with full automation technologies, electrostatic powder coating operation is done with all RAL colors which are demanded by the customer with 60-80 microns thickness. In anodizing unit, anodizing coating is staged with wide scale of shiny and mat range.

The mould-shop of MESAN METAL guarantees to produce any design of profile demanded by customers. Besides the archive including more than 4000 moulds, it produces any design of profile precisely in micron level and supplies any technical support to customers during this process. In the mechanical processing section, precision cutting, countersinking, milling and mounting works can be done on profiles.

MESAN METAL is a leading supplier of construction profiles (heat insulated or non-insulated windows, doors, facade, shutter, flyscreen, shower cabin), Automatic Lighting, Ventilation, Advertisement, Decoration, Solar Energy Systems profiles and serves numerous industrial branch. MESAN exports 45% of its production to 21 different countries. MESAN METAL follows a customer - oriented strategy and provides know-how information to the customers during the production stages, from designing, producing, packing, delivery and postdelivery periods through the specialist staff. The quality of service and products of Mesan Metal has been registered with the certificates of TSE, CE and TUV-SUD ISO 9001:2000.
