A Letter of Intent under these circumstances should include the following,

1) Name of business ?
2) Product required,- ie crude, palm ,D2
3) Composition of Oil, or ie for What
purpose?
4) Quantity ie MT
5) Contract Basis / Spot Deal - to include how many months required for contract basis. ie 6-12months.
6) Shipping Terms
7) Payment Terms ie - LC Bank- Bank
