At that time still an inexperienced miller employed as an operator in the Nuclear Power Plant command room, he made an unusual decision. After over fifteen years, he decided to leave his long lasting working position, and build his own private company. He decided to build a small country mill not far away from the town of local town.
The construction of the building started in autumn of 1988, a company of that time, and it was ended in 1990. Later on, the exterior of the building together with the surrounding area was arranged, and machines were placed. The official opening of the mill and a small shop took place on 1 August 1990.

At that time, the mill's production capacity was 25 tons of wheat per day. The company employed two persons. The entire production depended on the miller. Packing of all types of flour was carried out manually. Despite everything, the company has successfully asserted itself on the market and has acquired important customers, i. e. important bakeries as well as individual customers. In the following years, the demand for flour increased, which is why we completely modernized the equipment for the preparation and milling of wheat in 1997. We replaced the production equipment with
new Italian equipment, which has enabled us to increase the mill's capacity to 100 tons per day, meaning four times bigger production capacities. The new mill is equipped with modern technology, as the entire production is supervised and managed with the process computer. At the same time, we also introduced lines for small packing of wheat, namely for 1 KG, 5 KG and 10 KG.

The company is engaged in the activity of grain milling, especially wheat, with the purpose of producing its own product: different types of wheat flour. By increasing its production capacities over the years, the company has also increased its business operations and acquired new customers, which has resulted in new aspirations and needs to upgrade the technological process.

The company's long-term established strategy is to ensure high quality products and consumer satisfaction. The entire operation and development are planned by taking into consideration these principles of quality policy.
