THERMOTECH ENGINEERING is based in the economic hub of Pakistan, Karachi, was established for Engineering Services and Trading.

Our main activities include to evaluate, to review, to design, to supply and install-ation of Mechanical, HVACR, Plumbing & Fire Fighting and Electrical systems. We also provide services for CAD drafting and shop drawing on AutoCAD.

We represent some of famous major brands of HVAC, Refrigeration, Air dist-ribution, Hydronics and Hydraulic specia-lties, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Geo-thermal & Solar A/C, Boilers, Thermal storage, Fire pumps etc. We are capable of providing Turnkey and customized solutions under one roof.

Our main goal is to provide our customers with the best Professional Services & Total Satisfaction. We are committed to our clients that prompted us to establish our Engineering Department consists of highly qualified staff to serve better. Our drive is to make systems Affordable, Reliable and Energy-Efficient.

Based on the surveys, we select and propose the optimum and cost effective systems and products range etc. which suits the specific requirement to the Consultant or End-user.

Based on the System / Technology selected, we offer basic and detailed engineering design of the proposed system i.e., Sizing & Selection of the Equipment; Development Layout Plans; Engineering Calculations; Ducts, Pipe and Cable Routing drawings to come up with the appropriate Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates for the job.

Periodic and regular Meetings are scheduled with the Client's representative & our Project Managers at site as well as in our offices to monitor the project progress.

Based on the nature of application and project requirement, we deploy the required workforces and machinery, under the supervision of our Project Managers, ensuring properly coordinated Installation and Erection activities resulting in timely completion of the job.

Testing and Commissioning of the system is carried out under the supervision of experienced and trained personnel for the respective applications.

Thermetech Engineering, MEP Division, is involved in the design and development of all MEP Services in building projects. As a standard practice the system are designed as per the international standards and meeting local authorities requirement.
