Li Jun Enterprise Co., Ltd., is one of the most professional manufacturer for marine auxiliary diesel engine parts in Taiwan.
In 1972, Li Jun begins from manufacturing valve series products for marine auxiliary diesel engine in Taichung, Taiwan. At that time, our products are mainly valve spindle, valve guide, valve seat, valve spring, valve cage for Japan engine types. With the efforts of all our crews, our good quality and high level service is well-responsed by all our customers! Li Jun expanded rapidly! We improved our R&D group and enlarged our products line to include thermometer, piston, piston ring, etc. to keep up with the market demand.
In 2004, we invested a branch company in Shenzhen, China. At the same time, we increase funding to our R&D department and increased our products line with turbocharger parts.
In 2006, besides manufacturing full line spare parts for Japan engines, we are able to manufacture full line products for European engine types, like: Pielstick, MAN, SKL, etc.
In order to offer a high level products and service, Li Jun keeps puchasing more precise equipments. Now Li Jun possesses more than 100 specific manufacturing facilities, including forging, heat treatment, plasma transferred arc hardfacing, numerical control machining and non-destructive flaw detection machines.
Now with all the years' efforts, we can offer the following products for our customers worldwide:
1 Valve products: include valve spindle, valve seat, valve guide, valve clamp, vlave rotator, valve casing, etc.
2 Piston products: piston ring, piston, piston pin.
3 thermometer: thermometer with temperature range between 0-100 and 0-600.
4 turbocharger complete and spare parts: include: turbocharger casing, rotor complete, nozzle ring, cover ring, compressor impeller, blads, blad and shaft, bearings, etc.
For valve and piston products, we can offer almost all the engine types of Japan engines and Europe engines. The most common engine types are Yanmar, Daihatsu, Hansin, Niigata, Mitsubishi, Pielstick, MAN, SKL, B&W. etc.
For turbocharger and spare parts, we mainly offer VTR0/1/4 series products. Besides, we can also offer VTC, RR, turbocharger. Now, we are investing and will develping new products for TPS and TPL turbochargers.
