Jiangmen And Partner's Magnetic Products Co., Ltd (J&P) is a Japanese invested company specializing in the manufacture and R&D for injection plastic magnet industry. HAYASHI TECHNO CO.,LTD, which is the biggest share holder of J&P, has over 25 years experience on manufacturing and technology on the injection plastic-bonded magnets. With its own molding workshop, J&P factory can accomplish entire production process in-house from molding design, manufacturing and maintenance. The J&P plant has obtained automatic production with rigorous Japanese-type management and precise equipments imported from Japan and Germany.



J&P has been supplying excellent injection magnets for world famous brand, such as Nidec, Johnson Electric, Brose, Mitsuba and Cannon, etc. And our products are extensively applied in automotive, home appliance, central air-condition system and digital camera sensor.



J&P posses a 6000m2 plant with more than 100 staffs, including an outstanding management team with 5 Japanese technicians and 10 Chinese engineers in R&D and quality assurance. And J&P has been certified for TS/ISO 16949:2009, which is a milestone for J&P to step into rigorous automotive industry.
